This wonderful voyage links the pleasure of hiking in the desert and exploration of the rich heritage of the Draa valley. Here performance is not the goal, but immersing oneself in this unique environment.  A gentle rhythm is made even more agreeable by the dromedaries who carry the gear; this is comfortable hiking. A trek in this vast, well-kept, calm universe is a source of rejuvenation.  We can read the animal tracks in the sand left by a variety of fauna, we meet the nomads and their herds; along the way we learn that the Sahara is astonishingly full of life and that nature is a genius in its adaptions.  In the encampment after a delicious tajine simmers by our cook to the cadence of the desert, the evenings pass sitting in the dunes, the stars in our eyes..

This trek can be combined with a hike to the Draa oasis in the  Jbel Saghro for a stay of 15 days.
